Prototypes are important for both the development process and manufacturing of the final product: They enable testing the functionality of the requested joining element and, if necessary, initiating optimisation of details before the first part is ready for series production. Before going into production, we offer to manufacture the requested products in small quantities, e.g. as a prototype using 3D printing. Thanks to many years of experience from competent development partnerships, we can produce prototypes from various non-metallic and metallic materials. Thus, we can offer our customers functional and complex models with highest precision. By means of prototypes, we ensure optimal functionality as requested for the product ready for series production, so that our joining elements contribute to the success of the planned project.

 

Gevag develops customised joining elements and provides individual drawings of the corresponding special parts in STEP file format (Standard for the Exchange of Product Data, ISO 10303).
